The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it because of the fact that several parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
The period of time is 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
