Maturation journey:
Under the watchful eye of our Master Distiller, the liquid is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks for 29 years. This gives its first base of soft vanilla and honey notes.
The final character of the whisky is derived from its maturation in casks which have previously contained 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry, one of the world’s most celebrated fortified wines. The Dalmore has exclusive rights to these precious casks that are hand sourced from the world renowned Gonzalez Byass bodega.
After four years, the sherry has gifted the whisky with a beautiful balance and richness that can only be achieved using these exquisite casks.
Tasting notes:
Colour – Rich, radiant mahogany gold with sandy highlights.
Nose – Baked apples, caramelised pear, oven ripe apricots, Czar plums and clementines, accentuated by hints of creamy vanilla, dried figs, milk chocolate, orange peel, pineapple and coconut.
Taste – Moist lemon cake, juicy dates, persimmons and almonds, before flavours of fleshy Doyenne du Comice pear, peach and mangos.

The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it because of the fact that several parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
The period of time is 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and be unused. It must also be in the original packaging.
