And it is these two things that led to this unique beer-barrel-finished bourbon. My friends over at Meddlesome Brewing had been asking for used bourbon barrels for months, and when they finally go them, they took it to the next level. Their All the Cookies Ale was one of my favorites and I couldn’t wait to combine that oatmeal raisin cookie flavor with our Huling Station Bourbon. I hope you enjoy It as much as I enjoyed creating it.
